Job Title: HR Training Department Intern

Job Description:
•Provide training logistics support to Microsoft Employee training and language training
•Make weekly or monthly training update or training report
•Manage training vendor process, including chose vendor, place PO, vendor payment and record vendor profile
•Do other administration work relative to HR training


Qualifications:
•Work at least 3 days a week, better persist in one year 
•postgraduate or undergraduate (be recommended to post graduate school) 
•Good command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written 
•Skillful in Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel and PPT 
•Be willing to learn 
•Intern experience in multinational company is a plus
