HR Intern
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monthly/annually recruiting/headcount/turnover status repor
t/analysis, and Organization Chart update
2. Maintain filing system for various personnel documents and information
3. Take charge of on-board/resign/probation/contract renew process
4. Handle 1st round interview for junior positions and recruitment management
5 .Internal audit matters related to HR Function
6. Fulfill other personnel administration as required
Requirements:
1. Proficient written and oral English
2. Good computer skill, master user of Excel
3. Can work at least 4 days per week and long term commitment
4. Detail-oriented, responsible and hard-working

Marketing Intern
Responsibility:
The Intern should be responsible for various supporting work, for example, sup
port to Marketing MBOM, SKU analysis etc.
Requirement:
1. Good written and oral English
2. Good at Excel and number
3. First-year or Second-year Postgraduate student, interested in HR.Can work a
t least 4 days per week and long term commitment.
4. Fast learner and able to work independently
5. Will be great if he/she is familiar with basic marketing and finance knowle
dge
